Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Bilsone.no, a car rental marketplace operated by Oppdrag AS (org. no. 930 930 679). By booking a vehicle you accept these terms.

1. Booking and account

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driving licence and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Prices, payment and deposit

The total price is shown before you confirm a booking and is calculated per rental day. A deposit may be reserved and is refunded after the vehicle is returned undamaged. Payment is made through our approved payment providers.

3. Use of the vehicle

• Drive lawfully and only the renter (and approved drivers) may drive the vehicle.
• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and place, with the same fuel/charge level.
• No smoking, no use for racing, towing beyond capacity, or illegal activity.

4. Damage, fines and responsibility

The renter is responsible for damage, traffic fines and toll charges incurred during the rental period, up to any applicable excess. Report accidents and damage immediately.

6. Liability and disputes

Oppdrag AS acts as a platform connecting renters and vehicles. Our liability is limited to what follows from mandatory Norwegian law. Disputes are governed by Norwegian law.
