Right of withdrawal

Car rental for a specific date or period is, under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven § 22 m), exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that otherwise applies to online purchases. This means a confirmed booking for specific dates is binding.

Our cancellation policy

Even though the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, we offer flexible cancellation:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup – full refund.
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before pickup – 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-show – no refund.

How to cancel

Cancel from your booking overview when logged in, or contact us at post@bilsone.no. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied, contact us first. Unresolved consumer disputes may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority / Forbrukertilsynet.
